On this version you can have the dots matching the on-chart arrows, but for the dots can only choose one method or the other, for the on-chart arrows you can use both methods. Should be pretty close to the mt5 version, since mt4 doesn't have a built-in fill had to use a histogram type fill, but still kinda close.
