This is approximately how many soldiers are needed to carry out operations to capture Kharkov.
The Russian military strategy currently consists in sending unprepared soldiers into battle first
(cannon fodder), with the vast majority of them being killed, followed by specialized and well-trained units.
This strategy is nothing new; it was defined by Stalin as 'людей у нас много'.

Sorry but this is extremely misleading, It's not a mobilisation but a routine conscription.

''All men in Russia are required to do a year-long military service, or equivalent training during higher education, from the age of 18.''

It's basic training and they are not sent to the front. Most countries do this at times of war.

The Ukraine army say they need 500,000 'replacements' while Zelensky says they have only lost 31,000 killed.

Meanwhile Chuck Watson in the video posted just above explains the detailed surveillance of satellite photos confirms a massive increase in cemetery size in Ukraine that cannot be seen in Russia.

The UK MOD confirm that Russia is signing up 30,000 volunteers a month and the the very pro-Ukrainian BBC help collate Russian casualty numbers for Mediazona (does not include data from PMCs such as Wagner).

In an artillery war where you have a 10:1 advantage you will likely have a 10:1 kill advantage.

That's correct, but the number may vary from case to case.
The number of demilitarized persons is also important,
which tends to zero for the region of Ukraine
(not counting the dead and wounded).

Actually, there is no reason to believe official data that is fueled by war propaganda.
But nevertheless, the official number about 50.000 of Russian soldiers killed is interesting.
It is worth comparing it with the official number of losses during the intervention in Afghanistan
in the years 1979-1989, which is approximately 14.500 of Soviet soldiers dead.
This gives a comparison of how intense the war in Ukraine is. Note that the intervention
in Afghanistan is considered one of the causes of the collapse of the USSR.

Mediazona is not Russian govt data, it's data collated by the BBC and partners. They actually look for evidence instead of just reprinting Ukraine figures with no attempt to substantiate as does the western press and politicians.
