Some weeks ago I found an interesting YT-channel. It's a lady (one of the few out there) called Hither Mann and her videos are about finding our mindset. IMO, these videos are very helpful since she is a real trader and no 'Guru'. There are also some interviews which have more an promotional aspect for her trading academy than being helpful, but nothing wrong about that since she earns money from trading and not telling/selling BS.

Hmm, I have no time to watch the old mans video. He might be very smart, but the woman was also smart in a very short time notice.
