From the reading the rules that I found are:
-One minute chart 1M with 5minute expiry time
-take trade when Doted MA has broken out candle and has re-entered TMA LINE and according to the pictures
-Alway take trades on 58sec before open bar/candle closes so your price will be on the very top of new open bar/candle
-Make sure the dotted MA (Laguerre filter breaks out the TMGG lines

No question is stupid.

Doted line crosses out the TGCM lines along with the candles to form a breakout.
Wait for signal from PTL indicator or use good dynamic zones indicator.(one was made with Elher fisher)
Takes trade at close of signal candle.
There are numerous opportunity just open 2-charts.
Practice a lot to understand the system well.

Try to understand how the doted lines confirms breakout by over shooting TMA line.
Be confident PTL will popup,
After 2-4hours practice.
You will get the hang of it.
No need to stare at chart all day.
No need to conjure imaginary opportunities.
After much use of the strategy.

You will realize there are two moves.
1, Major moves happen outside major/big TMA lines.
Minor move happens inside Big TMA lines.
You can take only major trades as a conservative approach until you become corky and are ready to shoot the Turkey inside of Big TMA.

Looking for some new toys at forex station already.

May be if it is practical we can ask coders here to device way to get alert once dotted line breakout TMA bands to act as presignal.
