Could of potentially used vinegar to tender the meat
Added bacon chicken kebab
And guacamoli sauce dip
Shredded block cheese for better melt
Tzatziki sauce maybe from the gyros
Or hummus , ranch, sour cream, honey mustard, honey bbq too
