Hi all!
I made an EA for MT4 and it is yielding nice results ? - about 300% (please comment if this is good or not) for the period from Jan1/2022 onwards but most of the drawdown was during 2022. Now my question is since it was still a COVID year, how relevant are those drawdowns for the testing and of course all previous COVID years as well ?

Hope you chose the right tick source in strategy tester
Or is it on demo?

those drawdowns are relevant because that means a sharp trend change occurred or positioning wasnt tight enough or slippage got through

I got the hedge black dragon ea on mt5 but it only works in direction of the trend

tick source is ok - i'm more woried about the relevance since 2022 as other covid years were hectic times ...
